We have a team of certified gas fitters, hvac technicians, journeyman plumbers, red seal plumbers and drainage experts ready for any job of any size. We have a full warehouse of equipment that is available to keep our team ready for any job. We work with residential, commercial & strata companies all over the Lower Mainland.
We will do our best to inform our customers the prices before we start work. We are a time & materials company. This means we only charge for our time hourly, the materials we use and the use of any of our equipment. There is an equipment charge to cover maintenance costs on our equipment and any rental fees that may apply for fans & dehumidifier rentals.
If you have a large scope of work to be performed; poly b replacement, rough ins, new builds, commercial gas fittings etc… We offer a free estimate for any large job. If you call our office 778.888.6451 we can arrange for one of our technicians to do a site visit. All smaller jobs please email our reception and we can help via email and phone conversation to give you an estimate.
